Products sold through Rx & Reality are delivered electronically.
When you purchase The Pocket Rheumatologist, you receive:
- A downloadable PDF version of the guide
No physical book or other physical product will be shipped.
Refund Policy
Because access to the digital product is provided electronically after purchase, all sales are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Immediate Digital Delivery
By completing your purchase, you request and consent to receiving access to the digital product immediately.
You acknowledge that the product cannot be physically returned once access has been provided.
Accessing Your Purchase
Your access email will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Difficulty accessing the product does not qualify for a refund when working access can be provided.
Duplicate Purchases
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same product, contact info@rxandreality.com.
After confirming the duplicate transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge.
