5. Digital Product Purchases

Rx & Reality currently sells digital products.

When you purchase The Pocket Rheumatologist, you receive:

  • A downloadable PDF

No physical book or other physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout and for checking your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the delivery email.

You should download and save the PDF after receiving it.

We may change the platform or method used to deliver your purchase. If the access method changes, we may provide updated instructions or a replacement link where reasonably available.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe or another third party payment processor identified at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes.

We do not directly collect or store your complete credit or debit card number.

Your use of the payment processor may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

7. Pricing, Errors, and Order Cancellation
